CouponSnap ("we", "us") provides coupon codes and deals from partner stores across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and Bahrain, through our website and mobile app. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details — if you create an account, your name and email address.
• Saved coupons — the coupons you bookmark, so they sync across your devices.
• Anonymous engagement — counts of code copies, deal clicks and "did it work?" votes. These are aggregate and not linked to your identity.
• Usage analytics — standard analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) about pages viewed and general device/browser information, used to improve the service.

How we use your information

• To provide the service and sync your saved coupons.
• To understand which coupons are useful and improve the app and website.
• We do not sell your personal data.

Sharing & third parties

When you open a deal, we may redirect you to a partner store through an affiliate link that can include non-personal tracking parameters (so the store can credit the referral). We use Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting) and Google Analytics as service providers.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete account) or the website (Profile → Delete account). This removes your profile and saved coupons and cannot be undone.

Data retention & security

We keep your account data until you delete your account. Data is stored on Google Firebase infrastructure with industry-standard protections.

Children

CouponSnap is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

يوفّر تطبيق كوبون سناب ("نحن") أكواد خصم وعروضاً من المتاجر الشريكة في الإمارات والسعودية والكويت وقطر والبحرين، عبر موقعنا وتطبيقنا. توضّح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه وكيفية استخدامه.

المعلومات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب — في حال إنشائك حساباً: اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني.
• الكوبونات المحفوظة — الكوبونات التي تحفظها لمزامنتها عبر أجهزتك.
• تفاعل مجهول — أعداد نسخ الأكواد ونقرات العروض وتصويتات "هل نجح الكود؟". هذه بيانات إجمالية غير مرتبطة بهويتك.
• تحليلات الاستخدام — تحليلات قياسية (مثل Google Analytics) عن الصفحات المعروضة ومعلومات عامة عن الجهاز/المتصفح لتحسين الخدمة.

كيف نستخدم معلوماتك

• لتقديم الخدمة ومزامنة كوبوناتك المحفوظة.
• لفهم الكوبونات المفيدة وتحسين التطبيق والموقع.
• لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية.

المشاركة والأطراف الثالثة

عند فتح عرض، قد نعيد توجيهك إلى متجر شريك عبر رابط إحالة قد يتضمّن معطيات تتبّع غير شخصية. نستخدم Google Firebase وGoogle Analytics كمزوّدي خدمة.

حذف حسابك

يمكنك حذف حسابك وجميع بياناتك نهائياً في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق (حسابي ← حذف الحساب) أو الموقع. هذا الإجراء لا يمكن التراجع عنه.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات والأمان

نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك حتى تحذف الحساب. تُخزَّن البيانات على بنية Google Firebase بحماية وفق معايير الصناعة.

الأطفال

كوبون سناب غير موجّه للأطفال دون 13 عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
